About L and L Roofing & Construction

After working together for years Dick Law and Miguel Lares, decided to combine their talents and form L & L Roofing and Construction, Lares and Law LLC is registered in California.

Dick Law, worked with his father Paul, eventually, assuming the role of Managing Broker for the multi office firm. Growing up in the Real Estate Business, he has been a part of many projects.

Dick, and his firm have managed properties in Nevada, Placer and Sacramento Counties. A chance meeting 7 years ago, at a mutual client’s property, began the L & L partnership.

Miguel was born in Guatemala. As a young man he wanted to become an Architect, with a dream to build and design. Miguel like Dick worked with his father in his sawmill, cabinet shop, and performing general carpentry.

Moving to Grass Valley, from South America, he began working as a foreman for a local construction company, for the last 12 years Miguel has earned a reputation for quality work and fair prices.

Their relationship is based on Trust and similar Ethical practice. Their motto is “On Budget and on Time”.
